It maybe possible for the shorter tower to take over completed tower (can't be bothered to name east/west) within a month.

The core is on ~22nd floor i think.

If I understand correctly, when the towers become about equal in height, the one under construction will get stuck at technical floor with outriggers. It will probably take 3-4 months for the for the U/C tower to overtake the completed one.

Its funny how east tower is lower now but will be taller, is there reason for why west tower was built earlier than the east?

^ They wanted the shorter one to feel tall for at least a little while before it will have to look up to his brother for the rest of eternity. Towers have inferiority complexes too you know.

Well, maybe because it is a huge project and it is being built in stages and not all at once? If the east tower was built first, would you search for a reason behind that?

It's also a good strategy to make people to follow the progess of this Tower from the start until the end

They had to practice on a smaller tower before start building a supertall...
