Well, it's just to the east from another one

He must have been leaning out of a windowless floor to shoot that pic...

Umm, it's more like northeast, but they could have just kept calling them tower 'A' and 'B', or '1' and '2', or 'А' and 'Б', or 'Putin' and 'Luzhkov', or... ok, sorry, sorry.

If you only could know, how many names we suggested in Russian section. Of course, there were among them 'Putin' and 'Luzhkov', also as 'Yeltsin' and 'Putin', 'Vladimir' and 'Vladimirovich', 'Marx' and 'Engels', 'Coca' and 'Cola', 'Fear' and 'Loathing' and so on, and so on

If seriously, it could be nice to call 'em 'Staysail' and 'Grotto', turning to the yacht-looking shape ot the building.

Vlasvision's pictures are great! Big thanks!

Perhaps it would be easiest for individuals who are not good with directions like East and West to create a name that indicates their heights or sizes. Maybe you could call them Major and Minor?

The tall one used to be called "A" now it is called "Vostok" (East)
The shorter one used to be called "B" now it is called "Zapad" (West)

Tower C (the middle) does not have a name yet... other than C.

Although a nice building I have to wonder, what part of this building is Russian?

There are plenty of people from China and Asia minor working on it, but, I have yet to see a Russian face near this building. I feel there needs to be more Russians working on this.

Afterall, this construction is not in Peking/Beijing or Ankara.

Yea, but not much construction in Europe or North America is actually done by the inhabitants... usually the immigrants.

Usually the inhabitants have higher up jobs... managers, overseers, etc.

It's a globalized world. lol

No one part. There is no something special in foreign companies. And many construction companies usually use own labor force. West Tower is building by Turkish Ant Yapi and East Tower by Chinese State Construction and Engineering Corporation. CSCEC also currently working on Shanghai WFC.
