Yeah, and the new Nagatino i-Land project will see thousands of engineers , architects and construction workers from Serbia coming to Moscow.

I just wish Moscow would send its engineers to help with the Belgrade metro project

Hm, no, Abakumov is part of the Soviet decadence. Dzerzhinskij is from the golden ages instead. Now that I think of it, that "Mercury city" tower's name never grew on me. Why not call it "Revolution tower" or something? That would be a subtle hint, since the word "revolution" is very generic in its meaning.
