As I can see the short tower is concluded, but the tall tower is very slow...what is going on? lack of money?

There was a huge fire in the tall tower a month ago

After the fire they had to:

Check the structure, check the cranes

Buy again some materials, re install it

I am not sure, but as they were pooring concrete just before the fire, I think they have to remove it.

They lost few weeks of work, what a pity...

Interesting video. They dismantled the old concrete in the core section that had been built sub-standard, now the height should start increasing again.
