As it could be expected it has been turning out much better than most renders suggested, maybe because of the quality cladding, so some who had strong negative feelings about the building are starting to accept it. But you are right, opinions are still quite polarized.

Great building
Should make a good impact on the city skyline.

Leadenhall vs Walkie Talkie? which is better and which will be finished first?
Leadenhall has shot up pretty quickly I think.

Prefer the Leadenhall myself but I don't mind this one, design is pretty cool!

The design is ok, it is the location that sucks. It is simply way too close to the Thames River and would have had a much better impact on the skyline if they had built it right inside the main cluster.
