Interesting article on 20 Fenchurch street. The owner of the skyscraper says that they are very close to finding the solution to the "Sun-Ray" problem.

I wonder what the solution will be... any ideas?

Beautiful pictures. I presume there will be different entrances for the office workers and the tourists/visitors to go to the Observation garden?

no - that was at a specific time of year when the sun was in a specific position - they are rectifying the problem so shouldn't happen again

It was freezing, dark and raining when I went by it yesterday - so back to normal now!

Indeed this incident only happens a certain time of year. With companies such as Canary Wharf and 20 FS themselves, they will just keep throwing money until there is a solution. On the long scheme of things this is just a minor setback.

I think that the cranes will be up until the roof is finished due to the way they are assembling the roof. - thats what I think anyway..

I went to the City during the weekend, and I do believe 20 FS will have one of the best view points in the whole City. You will be able to see The Shard, The Monument, St.Pauls, The City Skyline, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf - the lot. The Sky Garden will become a huge hit. Definitely competition for The Shard.

Beautiful picture. The lighting is gorgeous. The white finns look great at night!

Cannot wait to see the City from a similar point of view this time next year.
