C'est impossible de vous exprimer en FRANCAIS ici ? on est à Montréal tout de même pas à Toronto ou Ottawa... et au quebec la langue officielle est le français. Donc merci de faire l'effort de vous adaptez à notre belle langue de Molière.

j'ai créée un article sur les projets et les constructions à Montréal en français. le français étant elle aussi une langue internationale, je ne vois pas au nom de quoi l'anglais aurais uniquement sa place. Savez vous faire l'effort d'apprendre le français ? pourquoi sa serait toujours au même de s'adapter et jamais l'inverse hein?

Si vous aimez vraiment le Quebec, et Montréal, vous devriez aimez le français et le parler.

On ne vient pas dans un forum chinois parler le français, ou l'anglais, la mondialisation ce n'est pas l'américanisation et l'uniformisation.

Appel à tout les québécois, défendez le français au quotidien, c'est une langue qui porte en elle, la liberté, la lutte contre toute les dominations et les hégémonies du moment.

Avis aux français de France, Venez nombreux à Montréal

Little update that has long been due!

To start off, A lot of new projects around the Bell Center.




Tour des Canadiens - Residential -167 meters - 52 Floors - U/C






L'avenue - Residential - 177 meters - 50 Floors - U/C






Le Roccabella - Residential - 130 meters - 40 Floors - U/C
The podium is being built for both, and one tower is under construction.






L'Icône - Residential - 146 meters - 40 Floors - U/C
The podium is being built for both, and the tallest tower is under construction.






Tour Deloitte - Office - 133 meters - 28 Floors - U/C








Now, other projects downtown...

Tour Altoria - Office & Residential - 130 meters - 35 Floors - U/C






Le Unity - Residential - 14 Floors - U/C






Le Victoire - Residential - 95 meters - 26 Floors - U/C

Wait until Pauline Marois wins the elections and the referendum goes through. The price of all these newly built condos will plummet. I'm already packing my bags for Alberta. smdh

Probably not for the moment, we stll have a lot of land we can develop, and increase density before the height restriction becomes an issue. Unless you have a guy like Trump who demands to have the highest building and so, demands it. I actually feel like Laval may have the region's tallest.

Already QC is planning a 275m tower (no renders out yet.)

Quebec City is planning that or Montreal? Skyscrapers would ruin Quebec City's skyline. They should be in Montreal instead.
