#PREP: DAMAC HEIGHTS, 426m, 100F Res

This is exactly the old skate park site, just next to Al Marsa Tower, but not attached to it. Dennis saw first 2 billboards going up there, I saw that they were for DAMAC and Beiklopa saw that there was also a render for a very tall tower.

There are 4 DAMAC boards now around the site, two facing the road and two others on the back, near the back of Emaar Sales Center.

This is the board:

See Al Marsa's project board in the background, also see carefully the render below: you can see that there is water in front (Marina) and also in the back and you can even see the Palm in the background. Everythings matches perfectly. Remember also that markmyword hinted that DAMAC will build another supertall in the Marina

I counted 85 Floors.

BTW, this is a very BAD news for Marina Height and especially Torch owners.

This is great news!!!!!! i hope they r still going ahead with ocean heights...but if markmywords sed it then it could most likely be another tower!!! yay!!!! maybe its close to 400m my fingers will be crossed!!!!!

this one could scratch the 400...

unbelievable.. i love damac, and great design, perfect for the marina.

i was sure infinity will be the only tower there because its base is so wide, but now thinking of it, the HOK map has two plots next to Al Marsa.

unbelievable. this block will be sooo amazing.

But imo Damac should focus on Ocean Heights first

Like the look on this tower, very slim looking and like tractor said this is going to be one hell off a line of towers...Also looks like there is some equipment oin the infinty site do we know if it's for infinity or this.

Height approximation

Say each floor is 3.5m (very pessimistic) then floors alone add up to 300m. The roof structure seems huge and also the spire.

So the height is definitely more than 375m and if all goes well this could very well be 420m plus.

This tower's slimness works perfectly with the design. I don't see how there will be enough space to build Infinity with its current dimensions though.

Amazing looking tower - even if it blocks the Torch and Marina Heights views somewhat - at night that row of towers will be a great view. Also DAMAC are very expensive - will push prices up in this area I think.

- larvern where are you - time to get to work seeing as dubai3d.net has gone to sleep.

The "upper" marina is turning out to be a great location indeed.

Could do with some more facilities now I think seeing as beach access will be a no no - any updates on that "upper" marina - rodeo drive - shopping mall yet?
