It seems like everything's suddenly happening at once after a long period of nothing. Portside, Mirage, Bridgeways/Estuaries at Century City etc.

I hear 22 on Bree is also coming alive, can you believe me!!! (From a VERY reliable source, aparently it's ready to go!!!)

22 bree has head leases in place so BG are the anchor and with naming rights

Goldies on the other corner form Portside is in design study phase and is tall (all i was told )

I think 22 bree is possibly a bit away, no planning and approvals been applied for so still has some hurdles to overcome.

22 Bree Street is VERY alive, I've heard it's currently out to tender, with a start date of 1st November!!! That sounds very active to me!!!

might be out to tender but no approvals as yet form city, having said that portside has no approvals either

There expecting plan approval mid-October so could be a start date of Nov but to be safe Jan....

I'm not sure what's going on here. The containers are there, but I can't see the digger on site from Somerset Road. It could be hidden behind one of the buildings.

When I drove past the other day, workmen seemed to be going in and out of the site doing painting of some sort.

I saw the digger on site this past weekend, when I drove past.

They really need to get a move on with the construction.

Any idea what's happening here? The digger is still sitting on-site and I see workers walking in and out of the site dressed in red, but nothing appears to be happening.
