March 1-Worlds tallest diagram updates + big 3.

i had to guess alot of projects due to no updates.no good including them if no one is going to post updates.Most chinese projects had no photos. also panama ect.

If anyone can let me know of any amendments please let me know.

Thanks for the effort...and no one paid you to do it.

Do you think it's realistic to keep all those projects in the diagram?...it's getting a little cluttered...and plus many of those buildings aren't gonna get off the ground any time soon.

Excellent stuff once again.

Only ammendment I can think of is I believe the core on Burj Dubai Lake Hotel has started to rise. It's visible in one of the aerial shots, I shall try to find it for you.

thanks guys. well ive included all of these projects beacuse i was told they are UC! so all are supposed to "get off the ground" lol
ive updated diagram with your updates.dubaiflo- do you mean Almas s core is 2 levels .
how many cranes on core?
its gonna be intresting to see a 1000footer look small next to BD!

almas' core should be level 2 indeed.

most of the dubai towers are indeed at ground work now.

here is another one of almas, but this is more than a month old.

maybe tomorrow you can add another new ~400m tower for dubai

we now have 5 world's tallest residential towers in 1 block in dubai marina!!!!

a 6th world's tallest is SOM's approved al sharq tower, 342m, 73 storeys

btw - SOM's 330m, 80 storey infinity tower is not yet in the diagram
they started the excavations 2 or 3 days ago!

It's amazing that a 33 year-old building still has the highest useable floors. But maybe not for much longer.
