remove Marina Gardens

and the emirates hotel is now a twin tower 395m http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=346123 + al attar should be a 3rd floor already with core 5th floor.

also ocean heights has a small hole.

don't remove najd, we don't know what will happen.

why should he remove al sharq?

yes, they had enabling works going on, i think even shoring, but now it seems like the plot has been sold to another developer, it was owned by tameer, who do princess as well.

we heard that from various sources, one claimed Le Reve's, which is the tower next to the plot (210m) developer, a joint venture between arabtec and a saudi group, has bought the plot.

thanks, its hard to believe this diagram only includes 300m+ projects. i can only imagine the list would double if it were for 250m+ or something. to think only a couple of years ago they had just 3 over 300m and will soon have 30! talk about playing catch up.

thanks Richard. Great diagram once again. However, I highly doubt Princess Tower is gonna be just 400m. They have strongly claimed to be the tallest residential building in the world with 107 floors... I'm guess at least 450m.

I think they are keeping the height a secret because of competition... but 107 floors plus the massive dome and spire has got to be much more than just 400m!

Culwulla:

I think Rose's roof feature is way taller than that, it makes for quite some height on the renders. Its also thinner, i mean its about 260m right now with the floors topped out (?), right?

Good diagram anyhow .
