WHOA

Hey!

Very very nice. Lately, unfortunately, I think that the vast majority of new highrises being built in Latin America were just that: highrises, without much of good design.

I didn't like the first renders, but this last one looks amazing.

A very fine piece o modern architecture. Very modern, yet elegant. Those new crystal projections to the top complete the design. I feel the design surpasses that of the Freedom tower (tallest building) in new New York's WTC.

Greetings from Bogotá!

Yeah, I'm not an expert, but the higher you build, the the less is the natural frequency of the building. So it all comes down to the similarity of the excitation frequencies of the earthquake in the soil and the building itself either to produce resonance or to avoid it...

Well, Naer, actually I think that these lads are the ones that wanna build the major skyscraper in Lima and Bogotá. Not sure, though...

Again, very nice project... and along the river. This looks nice with those elegant buildings, nice streets and the trees.

Does the project have a nice ground level desing, say with places or green zones or it's just a closed zone?

It looks like a much smaller version of the Seoul Lotte Tower. I don't like the top at all but overall the Costanera Center is ok to me.

Excelentes fotos. Estuve en Santiago en Marzo pero todavía no había descubierto este foro. Que bueno que se desarrolle de esa manera y le de trabajo a mucha gente.

Una consulta, el edificio que se ve detrás, espejado, que es?. Un edificio público?

Gracias y saludos

Welcome to ssc Hueney, I hope you enjoy it.

In the international forum we ought to write in english, however in latinscraper you don`t have to...

The building behind the construction it is the World Trade Center Santiago and the Radisson Hotel.

Nice updates guys!
