Costanera Center 27-04-2008

Hi buddies

Some new updates of Costanera Centre that shows a few steps beyond from last updates. Sadly I confirmed some delays in construction works that will affect the date of finish on 2010. Tower 2 (300m) is by now about reaching fifth level and preparing the first floor over ground level.

Enjoy these cool photos.

Cheers

Yep...

Take a look to the core reaching height of level 5. Perimetral columns are conforming the triple height hall. Over it appears the formwork of the fourth floor.

Hi there:

it sure is interesting to see this forum and read about this project.
If you need any information on the project (as far as I can give it to you), please let me know. I am the COO (chief operation officer /Gerente Operaciones) of the future complex and now involved in the construction phase especially in all the equipment design and purchasing as well as in organizing the future business.

Best regards,

Uwe

Updates 31-05-2008

Hi people:

New updates from "Costanera Center" complex, that shows the status of construction works. The tower 2 (300m) has some changes since last update, reaching level 6 in the core and the floor of 3º level.

Sorry for the low quality pictures, they were taken with a cellphone.

Hope you like them.

Saludos para todos

You're not wrong... construction works are several months behind. So today works are in double shift to recover some time.

Someone needs to go back and take more pictures. There's roughly 5 square centimeters on the north side that haven't been photographed yet.

The land area of this construction is almost the same size of ground zero in New York City. That's really big, the project is a monster.

Yes, this is a very impressive project, when towers 1 and 2 get 20 floors clear of the base, it's size and scope will become more clear.

In the end, this is to be four tower project, correct..?

And thanks javier, and all others for the outstanding updates..!!
