The 105m seems to be the height of the underground levels. Correct me if I said something wrong...

¿105 meters of underground levels? Too much, don't you think?

The only thing I know it's not 105m from sea level.

Just see what the top shows: 405m

I'm only doing some maths!... 405m-105m=300m

I hope such a good looking project resumes as soon as possible. It is only a "break" that must finish sometime...

I can't understand why this thread is here while other threads "On hold" are still on the main page of supertalls.

The Chief Manager and the President of the chilean holding Cencosud (which is the owner of this proyect) have confirmed that Costanera Center will be finished but they don't know if they will restart the construction in six months or one year, it will only depend on the status of the global economy.

A pair of new views from Isidora avenue, where once the towers are finished, the perspective will look impressive.

Un par de vistas desde Isidora, donde una vez terminadas las torres, el remate de la perspectiva será impactante.

PS: This complex is about to restart again. Newspapers are publishing hopefully notes where it came across a good sensation about it. Its owner, Horst Paulmann, is very optimistic about the re-launching of this really big project.

Why is this project in this section if construction has already started and will re start again in the next few months?

True, this proyect was already in construction, it is not a proposal, and will restart it's construction on december if not earlier.

You gotta make the question to some -biased- mods. (not in this subforum). In chilean forum, we were starting to known this construction was stopped, then the thread of this subforum was moved almost inmediately here.
