There's another tower a couple hundred mts east of this complex of about 205mts and 52 storeys tall that's recently been finished called Titanium tower. They are reactivating the tallest tower (300m) plus the smallest (119m). The other 2 x 170mts towers will undergo construction once at least a reasonable percentage of the 2 other towers have been sold or leased, at least that's how I understand it.
Once this whole project is completed, plus the already finished Titanium tower, will definitely dwarf the other buildings in that area.

Hard to believe that this will be South America's first supertall, and in Chile of all places. I'm suprised that Brazil dosen't have any.

Chile is a small country but has the biggest GDP per capita of latin America, so is not so extrange to place a supertall here.
