The works are divided into 7 sections:
Tower 1 (T1)
Tower 2 (T2)
Tower 3 (T3)
Tower 4 (T4)
A (Mall)
B (Mall)
C (Mall)

In this map that I drew you can see the divisions and dimensions of the colossal property.

A, B, C : as I said, they will be parts of the mall and will posess the following characteristics:
Floors: 5
Underground floors: 6
Height: 30m/98.4ft (+20m/65.6ft below ground)
Estimated surface area: 268,000m2/2,884,752ft2 approx.
Height floor to floor:6m/19.7ft
Architects: Alemparte Barreda y Arqts. Asoc. y Watt International

Tower 1 (T1) : will be one of the buildings next to the tallest tower, its entrance will by on Andres Bello Ave.

Floors: 41
Underground floors: 6
Height: 170m!/557.7ft! (+20m/65.6ft below ground)
Estimated surface area:105,000m2/1,130,220ft2 approx.
Height floor to floor: 4.1m/13.5ft from floors 5 to 41, 6m/19.7ft from floors 1 to 5
Use: Mixed (offices, hotel (floors 20 to 41), plus shopping center)


Tower 3 (T3) : will be one of the buildings next to the tallest tower, its entrance will be on the same street as the World Trade Center, its featurs are practically the same as Tower 1.

Floors: 41
Underground floors: 6
Height: 170m!/557.7ft! (+20m/65.6ft below ground).
Estimated surface area:105,000m2/1,130,220ft2 approx.
Height floor to floor: 4.1m/13.5ft from floors 5 to 41, 6m/19.7ft from floors 1 to 5
Use:offices, plus shopping center.
Architects: Alemparte Barreda y Arqts. Asoc.

Tower 4 (T4) : will be the shortest among the collection of buildings and its entrance will be on the main avenue.
Floors: 25
Underground floors: 6
Height: 105m!/344.5ft! (+20m/65.6ft below ground)
Estimated surface area:88,000m2/947,232ft2 approx.
Height floor to floor: 4.1m/13.45ft
Use: 5 star hotel.
Architects: Alemparte Barreda y Arqts. Asoc.

Finally, Our Crown Jewel:

Tower 2 (T2) : known as Torre Gran Costenera (Great Costanera Tower), it will be the tallest of the complex.

Official Info:
Floors: 60
Underground floors: 6
Height: 300m!!!/985ft!!! (+20m/65.6ft below ground)
Estimated surface area:128,000m2/1,377,792ft2
Height floor to floor: 4.1m/13.5ft from floors 10 to 60, and 6m/19.7ft from floors 1 to 10.
Use: Office.
Architects: Cesar Pelli, Clarke, Pelli y Asociados.
Elevators:18 total, 15 will be on the ground floor, 3 will start from floor 40 to 60, 6 will go from floors 1 to 20, 6 from floors 20 to 40 and the rest will be express elevators to floor 40 to change elevators.
Status:making the final calculations and awaiting the inspection by the New York firm Thornton- Tomasetti Ing.(USA).
Time of Construction: 4 levels per month.

no. it will be the tallest office building in latin america, and i believe tied with one in australia as the tallest in the southern hemisphere, but panama city has/will have about half a dozen residential buildings that are/will be taller.

This is what this section of Santiago's skyline will look like by 2010, with the two large skyscraper projects under construction concurrently, on the left the Titanium Tower (La Portada de Vitacura, or Vitacura Portal) measuring 190m/623.5ft (to be completed by 2009) and Gran Costanera Tower with its two lateral buildings on the right....

Thanks Iggui for translated the info that I took at that Civil Engineers seminary. You did a great job.

This picture was recently taken by the Argentine forumer MZN on his recent trip to Santiago.

On the right side of the picture you can see part of the foundation of the main 300m tower (Gran Costanera). Along the same edge, following the crane arm, you can see the foundations of one of the 170m twin towers.
