Impressive, thanks! Mosques are wonderful - a little different way to express feeling "impressive, otherwordly"

What can I say? The interiors definetely do justice to the exteriors.

One of the best cities of Europe without a doubt.

It's also especially nice to see some interior pics of other mosques besides the Hagia Sophia.

Astonishing interiors of the emperial city. Yerebatan Cistern was a water reservoir in ancient times , it is the "Underground Palace" one

Some lovely photos.

Looks crazy. Must have been a pain to put that chandellier together, wow.

Btw, just to correct something, not to start an argument, but Agia Sofia is not a mosque. It functions as a museum today, and Turkey is currently restoring it. It was originally an Orthodox cathedral, and was then used as a mosque.

WOW!! All the buildings listed are grand and amazing.

Dolmabahce Palace by Armenian architects Garabet and Nigogayos Balyan is sumptuous with a capital S.
