I am sure they have had some thoughts about the raise cost of materials as a developer, cause the market cost is rising since few years and its very predictable. If thats the reason to put the building on hold, then I think this is really not a very professional company we are dealing with!
or something wrong somewhere else.

I remmember I the Damac hieghts II in Duabi Marina that was on hold for sometime but the reason was at the time is when digging the infrastructure of the building they start to see some water coming from the ground. they had to stop everything and redo the whole design of the tower to be able to stand in that soil.

why is this titled as on hold, they are digging a massive hole and according to architect Nikken Sekkei they are in application for permits stage
