That's a normal amount. It just means they hit the water table. Expected because of the elevation is so close to sea level. Since the creek extension isn't filled up, there is not enough pressure for an "infinity" event to happen.

Only a explosion and fire in Al Quoz.

The hole of BAA ist HUGE... and an open excavation! WTF? Never seen an open excavation of this size in Dubai...
