What are those yellow boxes? Containers for workers or for construction?

Looks like they fill it with water > maybe it's cheaper to use containers than pipelines to transport water?

Wow! Really a lot of progress.

The big hole, blue barriers and yellow containers really remind me off the beginning stages of the Burj Dubai!!!!!!

Looks like on the left side, workers are busy with metal reinforcement of the foundations.

But this image looks a lot like the Burj Dubai when it begun. Is this tower from the same contractor/devolopper? Emaar right?

I'm guessing they're testing some piles and are using the containers with water as the weight.

i think they dump the ground water into those containers ...and then later dispose them off in those waste water trucks !

The shape of this building is one of a kind, so curvy and the top wow
The base of the tower is really large and I like it too.

I think you are correct. They did the same thing already by other skyscrapers at the Dubai Marina. They just test some piles that are already in the ground by putting a lot of weight on it, so here this will be the containers filled with water or stones.

Wrong. The containers carries a liquid that is used during digging for the perimeter slurry-wall of the site or boring for the piles. The liquid is inserted on the dug holes so the sand will not collapse . After they put in the steel caisons, the concrete is poured into the holes which being heavier then the liquid will push it up and out of the hole.

Oh I see. But what I said is definitely true for some towers in Dubai Marina.
