interesting how humans walk in this TOWN, is anybody able to come across that road and a river comming from desert. good town for car not for pedestrians. This building is so long prep status

Construction is going very slowly because a contractor hasn't even been appointed yet! I happen to know that Grocon in Australia is bidding for the project. Whoever wins the contractor role will then bring their engineer on board and do the detail design - which won't be finished overnight. Expect long delays before any superstructure rises into the air on this one.
