- cheaper cladding?

- cheaper interiors?

- first quarter of 2012... I won't bet my money on that...

WOOOW! Cutting 1 Billion DHs from the cost of one single building!!!!
I dare everyone to tell me that any other ONE BUILDING in the world is still going to be built on same height and they cut 1 Billion dhs! You never hear such news, like ever!
So like what, where exactly they gonna trim 1 Billion? ok it must be more than the cladding and interiors!

It was going to be a funny looking tower, a bit ugly. No bad thing it's on hold.

Scroll back thru the pages patrykus and you'll see the evidence.

You can be sure if something does start happening at the site, Imre or others will take pics to show us all. If nobody is taking pictures of the site, it's probably because their is nothing worth showing or reporting.

So you have to sow my post where i compared pictures from different updates. And it was clearly visible that people are working on site (not to fast but still). Update from april 30 again shows new changes. Much new stuff appeared on site(first pic). And every machine has change its position. Whats more i think i can see new dug traces near the mobile crane (second pic). And its only sitution from weeks ago. So as we can see they've been moving slowly forward until april 30. Now we have press release that pilling is done, and no pics to prove that, no information from dubaians. Thats little bit annoying. And again if project is really on hold pics are ofcourse not necessary (we don't need crazy situation from shicago spire thread here ), just inforamation from dubaians would be enaught. But we haven't even that.

I don't want to start a flame war, your free to interpret and judge the pictures however you fit. I see a few workers turning over their engines, maintain security, and nothing more.

If you say it's under construction more power to you. Cheers!

So you are saying that they rides over the site with that mobile crane, drilling machine and buldogers just for fun

Again. Im not saying its u/c like burj dubai is. But its also not on hold like chicago spire is. They haven't remove machines from site. More, they brought huge amount of rebars there. Its not sign of putting project on hold, is it?

And you know what? If you really cant see that amount of rebars that appeared on site on last photo update, hell, give me a message i will give you a picture

Yes, sort of.
They keep 10 workers on site so that they can still claim the tower is under construction and claim payments.
