The top is unbelievable. It might very well be the observation deck.

I not sure if this design is finalised, as the fortune website still has 108.

You never see progress with something that is hidden from plain sight (by layers of dirt in this case).

Great point, unless you have the blue print for the pilings, then looks as same old, same old. All of the sudden its just done and on to the next phase. Could be 10% or 80%, who knows, but when its done we will all know!

Gorgeous renderings. One of the most underrated projects on this forum. I would put this in my top 5 favourite projects in the world. Everyone seems to rave about the Burj Dubai - but this will be more beautiful IMO. There's something about the organic design that is just wonderful.

It's also one of the few "top-heavy" skyscrapers I actually like... in fact the crown is surely its best feature, the way it seems to burst upward and outward.

Burj Dubai is just... tall- that's all. It's design isn't very special.
But this is just a 510 meters of art. It's much more elegant than BD because it wasn't designed just to be the tallest structure on earth.

Wow this new render is a totally new design! Thinner base, different crown, and the cladding is portrayed as blue now! Love it, but I hope that the cladding stays the same color. I liked the green.
