#Sandhurst Towers - Residential - 13F + 15F - Sandton

I made a thread about this donkeys years ago, but it ran away. But *yay* for google and the way they cache pages!

I've found these cool renders thanks to the architects of the Wits Art Gallery. (and hsark from whence I found the architects)

NAME: Sandhurst Towers
LOCATION: Sandton
STATUS: Under Construction
FLOORS: 13F, 15
HEIGHT: ???
USE: Residential

Sandhurst Towers, valued at R200-million, comprises two residential buildings of thirteen and fifiteen floors respectively, over three levels of basements and providing 310 high quality units. Group Five Building started on site in August 2005.

Nah I don't think it'll stand out at all. There might not be many brick buildings in Sandton, but I don't think this building is so bricky that it'll look weird..

Anyway.. I kinda like the design.

Wouldn't it be so cool if it did?

The reason it's different is because they're two buildings - the one is 13 floors, and the other is 15. If you look at the render Pule posted, you'll see how they both fit in to the whole complex. It's pretty cool I think.
