It does look like a George Brown campus building or something similar, but it fits in well with the area. The view down Adelaide is spectacular as well.

Love the last photo set is beautiful, but this building is awful. Probably one of the ugliest condos in Downtown Toronto, if not all of Toronto (....with the exception of that blue building on Eg visible from the DVP).
