What should the government build at the huge piece of empty land at Western Kowloon??

Either build the canopy or build a huge park with a stadium or some recreational facilities. Either way I'll like it as long as it provides large open space and greenery.

Unless they built a large shopping centre and connect it with Harbour City.

canopy is a must
museums about HONG KONG LOCAL CULTURE is a must some more SUPER skyscrapers won't hurt either
