Electronics City is an new development industrial park located off Hosur Road, on the outskirts of Bangalore. Reserved exclusively for electronics companies, its spread over 330 acres, and is home to over a hundred industries including Motorola, Infosys, Siemens, ITI, and Wipro. Though it's still under construction but already many great-looking buildings are located here.

I Flex Solutions' new headquarters accommodates 1,500 employees and has two wings comprising of Development and Corporate Blocks. The Corporaate Block is a cable stayed structure, the only one of its kind in the whole of South East Asia. The unique design eliminates columns inside the building, which provides greater space inside. The Development Block will house the product development and support infrastructure.

The ITPL its a world-class tech park established in 1997. It is a joint project between the Karnataka the State Government, the TATA Group and a Singapore Consortium.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) - Bangalore

Another example of Bangalore being the City of Campuses, the IIM at Bangalore was established in 1973, and the 100 acre campus is located on Bannerghatta Road. The buildings are built of stone, and are encircled by lush verdant woods and beautiful, fragrant gardens.

Vidhana Soudha and Attara Kacheri

Built in 1956 in Bangaloreian Granite, the Vidhana Soudha houses the State Legislature and the Secretariat. It is located next to the Attara Kacheri, home of the Karnataka High Court, and is built in the neo-Dravidian style of architecture.

This picture gives a sense of how huge the Vidhana Soudha (white) and the Attara Kacheri (red) is-




















Attara Kacheri- This elegant two-storeyed building is directly opposite the Vidhana Soudhaa and was built around the same time.

Bugle Rock and Kempegowda Temple

Bugle Rock is a unique rock outcropping located in the city that is formed from some of the oldest surface rocks in the world, over 3000 million years old. The rock got its name from the watchtower erected by Kempe Gowda, the founder of Bangalore, which warned the people of the city of the advent of intruders by a bugle call.

Ramohalli Banyan

The suburb of Ramohalli has a famous sacred banyan tree. Spread over four acres, the tree is more than three hundred years old and is the largest tree of its kind in Karnataka. It has an impressive root system and houses a whole city of monkeys.

Obviously this is the same thraed I had posted in the skyline forum, except, now I broke it in 2 so that your computer needn't commit hara kari trying to load it... that and I got those original images the hell of my own personal sever :p
