Very nice pictures. Guys, these brigade road and commercial roads looks like lanes and bylanes. I mean not very wide. I guess might be one-way only. Are other inner city roads within Bangalore wide enough.

Great pics!
I visited Bangalore only last month. It is one of the few cities in the world that manages to be both bustling and charming all at the same time. It has a great night-life and architecture, but the state of her roads are a serious concern. "Are other inner city roads within Bangalore wide enough." Aks, Commercial Rd and Brigade Rd are the shopping avenues of Bangalore and are for the most part one-way. There are some major arteries that are multi-lane and two-way. I am not sure of the name, but the biggest has manicured gardens along the side for the whole length of road |

To clarify, when I talked of the poor state of the roads I mean that except for a few major roads and highways, the roads there are full of pot-holes, even more than the average Indian city. Something needs to be done pronto about that

nice pics
![]() I have a small question though... the colored windows in many of these pics (the pyramid and the spheric building in particular) look unusual... I can't quite explain it, but they look different from the coloured tint windows we have in the states. There's less reflectivity and mirroring in them, and they seem to be just flat colouring. Is it just me who thinks this? |
