Bartlesville - USA

City Population: 35,000
County Population: 48,000

Bartlesville, Oklahoma is a famous town architecturally because it is the location of Frank Lloyd Wright's 191-foot Price Tower. The population is only 40,000 but it has a very nice skyline (for its size!)

It was the birthplace of the Phillipps 66 Oil Company.

Neat! Love the towers, especially the last one. Excellent skyline for such a small city.

I researched Bartlesville a little more today, and found that Conoco Phillips is returning to its home city. This will bring quite a few jobs to Bartlesville.

Buildings:
1. Phillips Petroleum Building - 89m
2. Plaza Office Building - 75m
3. Phillips Tower - 69m
4. Price Tower - 58m
5. Adams Building - 58m

I also found some more pictures for you all to enjoy.

I had a great time visiting that city last year. The people were really nice and the city does have an impressive skyline for a city that size. The locals that I talked to said that back in the 1980's, the city of Bartlesville, OK was booming due to the oil boom and the city backed then was relevatively wealthy. Now, the city is largely middle-class and it does have a very strong conservative atmosphere.

A very nice skyline, and the placement of the buildings fits really well. The night picture is great, maybe someone can get a picture of the convention center - it is shaped like a crown. 10

10! Excellent skyline for such a small town! Only resort towns & edge cities this size have more impressive skylines.

6/10. Too dull even if it's a small city.
