Aqua has a very interesting shape and design. I kinda like the tower. Chicago really deserves such a beautiful tower like this project indeed.

I like this building. Hopefully this building will be built, even though it won't even be in Chicago's top 10

BVictor went to the sales center yesterday- they actually did build a model for Aqua. Also said that construction should begin this fall.

actually it's just a plain box with balconies positioned in a particular order - amazing idea! and a fantastic result.

it won't need it due to the reflections coming off of the massive Lake Michigan. However, at night I would love to see a blue/green lighting scheme too.

If the blue/green lighting can be continued for the real tower that would be BEAUTIFUL at night!

The bluish lighting from within is more a marketing ploy than a reality. Renderings and models are marketing tools designed to sell units. As such, they tend to embellish reality--many offer a false sense of what materials will be used and some even leave out other buildings in the vicinity so as to give the potential buyer the impression that views are unlimited. I don't see how it would be possible to light the building from within using that bluish color.
