It's a tube with a hollow core.

True brutalist skyscrapers aren't all that common, as they don't lend themselves well to office or residential buildings, as they require more of the glass curtain wall construction. That;s why true bratalist buildings tend to be institutional in nature.

Toronto has a few of them, but I would guess the most famous would be Robarts Library at UofT.

Although my favorite is the Science Centre (Raymond Moriyama). You really can't see much of it, as it hugs the Don Valley and out of site from the street.

Tel Aviv is known for having the Tzamaret Towers, and the third one was only recently completed.

I think the perfect example of The Brutalist scraper is The Genex Tower.

Genex Tower, Belgrade

Oh yeah! Nice structure but honestly it ruins Chicago skyline. I just find it wack that they have to build a high-rise prison in the downtown area. It's a NIMBY for me. But the inmates have a nice view of the city though.

Here's another one in LA

To tell you the truth, you really can't see it in the skyline unless you're on top of Sears.

True. Anyway, most visitors outside of Chicago wouldn't know that building is a prison until they find out.
