What happenend to Marina Star, is it sold out? Any news? Are there buildings too close to this now?
I read somewhere that they have 2 yachts for the Marina Star that the tennants could use.
And that people who bought a flat in this building would receive a free plasma TV.

Looks like the dubaimarinastar.com website has been hijacked by someone else. It is now being used to generate click-thru business. Domain records were updated 14th dec.

Was it previously owned by the developer or just some fan of the building?

The marina star website was the official developers website. The only link still working on the Al Seef site is the contact us link. Perhaps someone in Dubai could give them a call and find out whats happening. The fact that this was the only link still enabled led me to the conclusion that they are upgrading.

The plot shown in the one pic way above is being built on....there is no sign telling which building it is but its already a couple of stories high...so im assuming this is the marina star then, according to the location they advertised on their website before
