Use a .PNG texture for yours goal net, and mark the option "use file alpha transparency", the first box u can see when u edit a material.

New stadium for Hanwell and Ealing AFC, the final model in the series.
Capacity: 11,081
Cant upload it yet due to its large file size, but ill have it up by Monday.
Renders with Kerkythea:

I need a bit of help with the transparent roof on kerythea, changing it even to default KT glass and it does 2 things:
1. It changes the entire roof to a really reflective surface that I dont want and
2. It isnt transparent, and the areas to the sides go a default sketchup purple colour.
Any help?

You can just use the Sketchup materials?

Just use a sketchup transparent material - set it to about 50% transparent. Export to kerk and render without changing any of the material settings. Should work.

It was transparent glass on sketchup, but it isnt transparent on kerkythea. Ill try again later changing the glass on sketchup.

Yeah tryed it again with different glass and it still wont work.
Ive got a feeling its just the glass reflecting onto something that color, so you cant seee through it you can only see the reflection and the renderer isnt picking up on it. I have an idea of what to do to try that, which ill do after the game. If I replace all the default texture in the model (There shouldnt be many) with the glass texture by setting the glass as default and deleting the old default texture, then maybe it wont reflect and show up like that.
Ill let you know.

If you guys are having problem with the glasses in Kerkythea, try this:

1 - Go to Settings
2 - Click on Advanced
3 - Ray Tracers
4 - Standard Ray Tracer
5 - Sampling Criteria
6 - You'll see that Trace Diffusers and Trace Translucencies are OFF
7 - Change both to ON and there you go

Didn't work im afraid :/

I think its better though, there is no refection on the roof itself, but you still get that annoying purple bit.

Edit: Didnt manage to sort out the glass problem, but ive uploaded it in two parts, here:

Or download the entire model:

Did you change the material when you entered Kerkythea? Right click on the material an select Edit Material. In the list box where it says [Matte/Phong], right click on [Matte/Phong] and select dielectric/glass. You can change options from here.

Detailed boxes massively increse the file size, with a bar, sofas, tv's all being relitevely detailed and all with textures you wouldnt use anywhere else (eg. fabric, smooth wood) it can add 2 or 3mb to a model.

I use corners with 3 sections, when you click on the semi-circle tool type in 3 then press enter. Then make the corner. When you have done the stand, use the 'Follow me' tool to extrude it round. For the seats you make a component and then copy and flip it, so they mirror ech other. Then put the seats out from the middle of the curve and they will mirror on the other side.
