um are they gonna be utilized to their full potential. Sorry I was wanting to know if they were building these in excess. Great work though.

All of those bridges look FANTASTIC. My only negative comment is about this one. The arches look like a cheap imitation of the support structures of the Brooklyn Bridge!

good question. yes china suffers over-investment problem in some industries like steel, automobile, cement and real estate but not in transportation sector. Due to the booming economical scale, China's roads, railways, ports and bridges have been running overloaded for years. All the bridges shown above were built in the three most economically active areas where the the transportation demand is hugh and pressue is high. Some projects are big and costly but they are approved based on the civil planning and demand projections to make sure the current economical growth rate sustainable. Thank you for commenting!
