I've never seen a building being constructed this way.
They're finally connecting the core to the pillars and building the floors.

I would probably get a heart attack standing in the middle of Union Square with so much density... and to think US 7 will be more than twice the height of Harbourside! Really pushing the limits there.

It remains to be seen whether ICC can replace 2IFC on the top of my favourites list.
