That's a pretty funky development.

The buildings sandwiched together in areas like Central, Wanchai, TST, Mong Kok are some of my favourite aspects of Hong Kong's cityscape.

i think there's a similar building somewhere in the states which was done really nicely!

新地(0016)旗下九龍站環球貿易廣場(ICC)加快招租步伐,位於中環國金中心的示範單位將在年中落成,預計下半年可落實大位(一層樓面或以上)的租約。新地表示,現時洽租ICC的呎租約35元,70%至80%洽租公司來自九龍、另20%來自港島,包括中區、灣仔。



新地代理執行董事雷霆表示,政府將進一步規劃的九鐵北環線,其中一個出口位於凱旋門旁,將會興建一條數百米長的行人隧道連接九龍站近100萬方呎的商場及ICC。他稱,新春後收到100個欲租該廈細位(3000至5000方呎)的查詢,但首階段會集中處理大位租務。新地寫字樓租務部副總經理盧經緯補充,集團旗下800萬方呎寫字樓樓面,有20%至30%的樓面會續租,他預料租金仍有15%至20%的上升空間。
