I had never heard of these two projects before, yet both are well advanced. Two sets of twin towers in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.

The Bahrain WTC (240 m each)

Seems so. You can see the mounting points in the first construction photo.

Bahrain may be small, but the people, the city and the projects are attracting me. It's getting a great waterfront too. I especially adore the beautiful colored clothes, like this

The women are handsome too

Alot more projects for Bahrain..Not to forget the $1 billion Amwaj Islands (www.ossisonline.com) and now the $3 billion Durrat al Bahrain (www.durratbahrain.com) which are being constructed on reclaimed land off the Bahraini Coast line. Also projects such as $1 billion Al Areen Resort (www.alareenresort.com) and $1.5 billion Bahrain Bay (www.bahrainbay.com. Several more projects are being constructed all over the Kingdom. You can check them out if you wish in the Middle East Section (under Bahrain ofcourse).

well considering its size...Land is getting a bit short and population is rising..and Bahrain has a large surronding of sea water.. iam sure they have sum sorta plan about the reclamation..but sure you have some people against projects like these.. But we still Have Formula 1! we hosted the opener this year...Jensen Button bought a house in one of those islands.!
