Philharmonie de Paris

The Philharmonie de Paris prepares to spring from the earth, sublime mix of concrete and metal, the symphony of its construction sounds in the world as the song of the crystal. Paris, a world capital of the Arts.

La Défense Seine Arche, a strategic area of the Grand Paris

Quote:
Europe’s number 1 business district, La Défense Seine Arche enjoys powerful urban identity which is recognised by the business world globally. It owes this to its urban planning of the spectacular esplanade, its remarkable iconic architecture (the Grande Arche, the CNIT, tomorrow the Phare and Hermitage Plaza towers), its connectivity to Paris, its concentration of senior international executives, its quality of services and the ongoing involvement of the French State in its development. This high profile, which shows no signs of flagging, means that it can look to the future with confidence, all the more so in that its development potential is of a high quality.

Forum des Halles

Place de la Republique

It's projects like these in Paris, that improve the public realm, that excite me the most. Those and Phare of course

That's good news! The structure should rise quickly now.

The core seems very massive compared to the width of the tower... D2 is beautiful (we need more like this, seriously) but I'm not sure it will really densify La Défense.

I thought the same but some people on SSC said that the floors will expand with height. D2 won't really densify La Défense but at this place of the ring road, it will fill a hole in height
In my opinion, the shape and the cladding of D2 brings a real variation in La Défense. I can't wait to see this part of the district by night

Yes Generali is officially cancelled, because they don't find any buyer That's a shame, the project is free from all recourses and complaints ... if you have some millions in your pocket, please build Generali

Maybe the transparent tower marks a free slot for a new project

So true ! This explains the success of Carpe Diem and that's why Phare is very expected too !
