It looks like futuristic renders of the 70's when architects tried to imagine the city of 2000, I like it very much

A business center between France and China, with offices, warehouses and showrooms, will be created in Tremblay-en-France.

Will Seine-Saint-Denis become a bridge between France and economy of China? Department, already known for its "wholesale district" in Aubervilliers, will host a business center, a new genre.
The Paris-Asia Business Center will extend over 200000 m2 along the Charles-de-Gaulle airport, in the territory of Tremblay-en-France.

Offices, warehouses, hotels, showrooms, restaurants ... The buildings should grow from spring 2014 on this large tract of fields. This is the first phase of work zone activities Aerolians, which is hosting the international activities on 200 acres south of the airport.

Promote exchanges between the two countries

This business center, close to the airport and Parc des Expositions Villepinte is easily accessible from Paris, will aim to boost the import-export business with China. In any case, the objective assigned to it the Saint-Germain, project, who wants to make "a real meeting place dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and goods."
At a time when China imports more products abroad, it was therefore also serve as springboards for French companies wishing to set foot in Asia.
The urban community Lands France, orders Aerolians project with Land Agency in the Paris region (AFTRP) was also in the interests of Made in France: "It said the idea of reciprocity. This center will be a showcase for Chinese products but also for French products, "said Matthew Montes, and tremblaysien elected chief of staff at Lands France. The Saint-Germain promised assistance to the creation of companies, the installation of foreign personnel in China and France, the granting of residence permits and visas for Asia, as well as training (languages, laws, business customs eastern and western ...)

Of high-tech products

Chinese authorities also observe with interest the project. Several embassy officials attended the wishes of the deputy mayor (FG) Tremblay, François Asensi. "There is a willingness to give Chinese companies an image other than that of the Sentier district in Paris or wholesalers Aubervilliers," notes Vincent Margout, project manager in the AFTRP.
In other words, break the image down range of products imported from the Middle Kingdom. The future business center and shelter needs a space dedicated to high-tech products and related renewable energy sector. The sale agreement was signed in late December between the Saint-Germain and AFTRP, which makes part of the site development work (public spaces and networks).

3000 jobs in key

The business center will comply with the specifications established for the entire area Aerolians with low energy buildings. Ultimately, it is expected to house about 3,000 jobs, including 400 net new.
Other projects are beginning to emerge for Aerolians. Furthermore the future Colosseum, large auditorium, two investors are working on the development of 10 ha each. The transformation of the area of activities should take place in installments over twenty-five years.

I like the Arena 92 near La Défense, not that common to see a football stadium next to a CBD-like area.

I didn't know that they planned to "renovate" Albert Kahn museum.
It is more than a renovation, it is a whole new building.
Albert Kahn museum has a very nice garden.
I recommend to visit it.

@pdp you're the first to know the critical situation of this project. There is no money to date to build it.
