About this new "Metropole de Paris", it will consist of Paris's current city proper, and the departments of Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, and Val-de-Marie. Though nothing has been confirmed yet, there may be other areas beyond those that will become part of the "Metropole de Paris".

Troll much?
That is the view of one person, not the Metropole Paris. And unless you've seen the entire construction plan stfu - for all you know its a Spanish firm doing the signalling and the running stock will be from a German firm using UK steel (and of course the vast majority of electronics will probably be Chinese). Throw in some builders/tunnellers from the rest of the EU and the money will trickle around. Nothing is made these days entirely from a single country (even China is sourcing raw materials from Africa).
Again, one persons view, not an official statement

DaeguDuke maybe you should start learning how to read correctly before jumping into wars in which you do not have a clue ! and calling people "troll" on top of that when you clearly missed the whole point lol

Where did i say that Foreign companies didn't get into the construction of madrid metro ????

What i exactly wrote is that : Madrid fans did not make it a point or bragged about it as if it was a big achievement...

so that's slightly different from what you understood from my statement !

European buisinesses are so integrated and international, so it is quite obvious ANY project in a european city will call for bidders from other european countries...

so absolutely no need to specify...or he should also have specified that it would be good for chinese economy, US economy...and why not Universe economy lol

Do you know that each job created in a country, each single growth point go to EU economy?
It will create thousands jobs and you can be sure that some european people will appoint there for taking a job.

PS: Will the new lines be undergroung or aerial? An aerial one cost less than an underground one and is quicker to build

What you actually said. By saying Madrid and it you implied the city/construction company. I guess my bad for not understanding what you meant. Consider it dropped

I think this is the big negative point as the government announced big cuts in the project. I believe the capacity has been reduced considerable in most of the lines.

Plus RER E extension to La Défense, which is not even included in those 200 km.
