what do you say ?
the refurbishment of the 600 meters large ENTREPOT MACDONALD building has nothing to do with cheap building or cheap materials, and architects like De Portzamparc, Feichtinger or Kengo Kuma are working on this project and they are not "cheap architects".

at second we are not in the center of paris but in front of the boulevard peripherique ring-road.
and yes they are housings, and i would like to see the quality of the housings in Detroit or Brooklyn.
the social housings in paris are better than everywhere.....and they are much more poor/social people in NYC or London.

Probably u r right. It's just Paris has lack of cool buildings, like LV foundation and Philharmonie
