Gosh! Poor Paris, please be spared of this Triangle shite, please!

It could perfectly well be positioned at some existing cluster in La Defense or the Seine City, but not in the middle of the horizontal genius loci of gorgeous Paris.

Yes and no, this area is full of old hangar being on refurbishment by Unibail-Rodamco, clearly far from Hausmanien great-style housing

I don't know. It's an isolated tower.

Is there a long-term plan to build high-rises in the area? No. Just a regular development with a huge clumsy tower, which looks like a cheaper Shard.

Totally agree with the comments above. The tower is way too isolated. Would be better in Issy. If we keep going like this, Paris's gonna look like a flat center surrounded by a ring of towers every now and then. Thanks but no thanks.

Triangle is beautiful. its shape wouldnt fit in la defense.

The new tribunal is also an isolated tower. why all the attacks are against Triangle and not the tribunal?

Nonsense!
This "area" you would learn is not limited to the few (and quite small) bordering land-lots of this project.

Well to start this one the construction has already started so it'd be hard to stop it.

But yeah I agree it's also isolated (don't get me rong though, I love the new tribunal).

And? the "integration" means with the immediate border of the coming tower, not the other side of the street/boulevard.

With Triangle, you have one side the Palais des exposition and its beautiful hangars (fortunatly being deeply refurbished ), the other side the Palais des glaces, far from being aligned and/or integrated in the district: no shocking insertion to me, this is not in a small Haussmanian street, crushing historical housing.

I personally quite like this project, but i can understand why others don't. I guess they don't like the flat face, which is quite enjoyable to me. But the thin section is absolutely gorgeous, especially on the news renders.

View from the site : far from old fashionable buildings

View from the parc des expos (the side some may not appreciate)

Thin side from south Paris, toward south suburb.

Details of the thin side

I'm not entirely sure of that one either. In terms of function however, if I were to allow a tall building, I'd rather prefer it to be a court rather than a random high-rise development.
