There's *extremely* little available space in Paris. All major projects under construction now are situated along the peripheral ring road, with the exception of the new Halles. Also, the "discovery" of Outer Paris spaces that are not La Défense has only recently started. That's the "new frontier" to conquer...

There are plenty of projects in Paris:

ZAC rive droite 13eme arrondissement (whole area being redeveloped which will incorporate 2 skyscrapers - tour Duo - and possibly a whole cluster in the future)

ZAC clichy-batignolles 17eme arrondissement (whole area being redeveloped which will include a 160m tower - TGI - already under construction)

ZAC Boulogne-bilancourt + ile seguin (whole area being redeveloped)

Complete renovation of the Parc Des Exposition area which will incorporate the Tour Triangle (180m)

There is the rear side of the the Grand Arche de la Defense which is being redeveloped with more than 6 projects underway

La Defense itself is about to see many skyscraper projects get the go-ahead including maybe a start on Hermitage Plaza (2x 310m) and Tour Trinity (167m) before the end of this year
(fingers crossed)

There is the canapé des halles, and Philharmonie still under construction

And many, many more.....

For Stop That: All the skyscrapers (I think) to be constructed in Paris metropole

LA DEFENSE Still first and most used business area of Europe and maybe one of the most used of the world.

Hermitage Plaza

Tour Phare

Tour Trinity

Tour Alto

Tour Hekla

Tour Ava

Tour M2

In La Défense there are also many other things going on like htoels, the whole behind of the Grande Arche is being built up, university, highrises (apartments) etc... You can see that for your self on the page I linked above.

Paris area:

Tour Triangle

Tours Duo

Tour(s)? Issy-Les-Moulineaux

if I forgot something let me know

I hope they will start redoing some suburbs like Colombes! Colombes is so unorganised! I know they are redoing a lot of 93 but some of the suburbs of Paris are really weirdly made compared to even other cities in France...

Edit: I found some projects in Colombes, seems good http://www.colombes.fr/colombes-deve...rbain-190.html

It's still so hard to find all the projects since there is really no good regroupment.

What do you mean by this?

I'm referring to both "redoing" and "unorganised".

Have you seen Colombes? It's like an old industrial warehouse city, almost rotting away... The streets are very unorganized... The houses like an numerous other Parisian border suburbs were built weirdly..

Actually I have a decent grasp of Colombes, as I currently live nearby and I visit regularly. I like Colombes, it has a nice urban fabric - very organic, very human. The arhitectural diversity is excellent. Sure, it's the poorest municipality around and there's still loads of decay; what it has to do is to keep improving (renovations, public realm works) but remaining on the cheap side so that it doesn't gentrify and keeps its soul.
I don't know what you mean about Colombes' street structure, which is perfectly normal, but if you think we can go back to the times of Napoleon III or Ceauşescu and erase neighbourhoods so that you can have a new street grid and new urban fabric with new buildings, then you need to stop daydreaming and come back to reality.
