— Agnès b designer clothes

Aubervilliers

In some way those in Aubervillier could be more attractive.

New render of Thom Mayne's Phare Tower. Probably the best render so far. I quite like the outside "texture" of the tower on this render.

...to puke? express yourself Brisavoine!

You can quote Cyril who found this rendering by the way. It doesn't cost much.

Brisa just can't comply with any rules...He just can't stand that. He wants to rule everything on his own.
Brisa..next Paris mayor??

Hm, no, the person who found it is Spoudzzi on another forum. Besides, there's no reason to be so territorial and touchy about things like that. Guys quote me all the time, they even publish my renders without asking me and/or mentioning my name, and do I make a fuss about it? No. That's the idea of a forum, sharing information and ideas. If you don't like it, I'd advise opening your personal blog where you can control everything rather than taking part in an open forum.

And why not? I would do much better than the current mayor.

I would only accept the post of Mayor of Greater Paris though. Being mayor of the tiny City of Paris is useless.

I don't agree with you Manuel Brisa would make a better job than JP Huchon.

Redevelopment and renovation of Gare Austerliz and its district.

It would be weird for many people who think that it is a museum city, but 10% of inner Paris are in redevelopment.
10% it is about 10 km², not bad for a "museum city"

At two places.
In the Pavillon de l'Arsenal, a museum and an exposition center where are exposed some parisian big urban projects.
And here

Stade Jean Bouin
A new rugby Stadium in the 16th arrondissement of Inner Paris

The stadium (22 000 seats) designed by Rudy Ricciotti will be built in the XVI arrondissement. Works start in 2009 and will be finished in 2011.

There has been for some time a project to increase the height of the Gan Tower, same as the current heightening of Axa Tower. With the heightening of Axa Tower and the coming construction of Generali Tower, Gan, which is now towering above the buildings surrounding it, would become surrounded by taller skyscrapers, so its owners would like to proceed with a heightening of their own.

Here is the first revealed render of this proposed heightening of Gan Tower. Note that so far La Défense Authority is not very keen on allowing this heightening, because they consider that Gan Tower is part of La Défense "heritage" and should not be transformed.

Gan Tower so far (height: 179 m/587 ft)

Woaw! That's an awesome project! I'm stunned!

I've tried to quickly integrate it to the skyline with the other projects (and proposals). Sorry that's not perfect, but it's only to give an idea.

So on this image we have under construction or in project: Generali (318 m), Morphosis (300 m), New Gan (270 m), New Axa (240 m), PB22 Tower A (235 m), Air² (220 m), Majunga (195 m), T1 (187 m), Granite (183 m), PB22 Tower B (145 m). Tour D2 (170 m) is not visible as hidden by other towers (Generali and Air²). Other projects which have not yet been unveiled are Carpe Diem (probably about 150/160 m) and Signal (probably about 250/300 m).
