This is the vicinity map...

This is a built-to-own project, so this must sell like hotcakes (or pancakes, whatevern you wish ... ) like Penhurst and Kensington. Seems like there will be no helipad.

Hmm... yeah it is the 3rd installment of these things. Getting quite popular these things, for it to have... around 60-70 floors worth of units

update

Picture below shows the 1,600 sqm lot where Hamptons Place will be constructed. The main entrance of the building will be facing 31st Street.

The main entrance of Hamptons Place will be facing 31st Street as shown here. The main entrance will be facing Bonifacio Technology Centre. At the back are the Penhurst Parkplace (beige and cream building) and the Bonifacio Ridge (2 green towers) Condominiums.

Picture below shows the 1,600 sqm corner lot where Hamptons Place will be constructed. The street shown in this picture is 2nd Street. The yellow building seen in the picture is Bonifacio Technology Centre which is located along 31st Street.

this one actually doesn't look so bad now... it looks pretty good on the new rendering and the model. and yeah, especially since it doesn't have the multicolored paint scheme like they did on Penhurst Parkplace... the interiors look okay. a little tight though.. haha!

aaron says one of them is Forbeswood Heights... so would the other u/c visible there (behind Penhurst in the first two shots) be the Bellagio 1? the one with the cranes still pretty low... the two Megaworld projects are in the same area with they're own little commercial center thing, right?

??? ahahaha...

Holy cow!!! That place is impeccably immaculate!!! Elegant!! That's my dream condo unit just with the finest pieces of furniture!!! That's worth more than 2 million dollars if you get it along 3rd ave or 5th ave in Manhattan... If that were on Park Ave, it's a whole new story!!!
