It seems Luka doesn't spare money on two things: sports and Minsk. Very nicely restored city indeed.
Do you know, what was the level of destruction after war? I'm just wondering, how much of this was reconstructed from scratch?

Looks like its frozen in time, there are few advertisements and I can even spot some propaganda posters. Nevetheless, it still looks nice.

Destruction was complete. Close to 100%, the most out of any major city in Europe. I'm not sure about the old town, but many of it was reconstructed from scratch. While this:

is not a reconstruction, it's a new construction on a place of an old street which was wiped out during the war.

was only recently constructed, under luka's regime. To me it looks like something nazi's would built - but interesting nonetheless
