I will be going to the Monument early next month - taking a load of friends from Birmingham there. The sights are going to be amazing!

The views truly are excellent from the monument, I don't think it's that expensive either really. Should get a good look at 20 FCS and 122 LH as well

Yeah I'm really excited for it! I had a look and it's £3 an adult which is AMAZING! I don't think you need to book either - literally just turn up...

Is that right?

And yes! I might try and get some pictures! I'm hoping for good weather!

Yes £3 is excellent value - although it used to be £2 before the refurb!
You just turn up and pay on the door, then it's 311 steps to the top...

Thats amazing value. Either way I'm happy.

I'm going to try to take some good photos of the area. There is so much to see up there now - imagine it 10 years ago... It would be good but not as epic as it is now.

And yeah... the 300+ climb haha. I should be okay after a red bull lol

This is very true! Since London has so many historical buildings and urban viewing corridors (like St.Paul Cathedral), for a skyscraper to be built - it has to be to the finest standards of design and effectiveness.

London has definitely developed some world class designs!

100% indeed. Better than the crap in "Moscow International Business Center".

Great developments in London! I love the original new designs, I think it's the best skyline in Europe.

Just visited London last month. Probably my favourite city in Europe... Even
exceeding Paris that I visited in 2011. Thought they are both GOOD.

The best skyline in Europe by far ! (cince all the great new buildings that are
beginning to be ready) Have to agree with Hoogfriesland on that one.

Thats a nice view of that skyline F-22. Europes Manhattan I'd say.

...And I'm from Finland by the way... Don't have that many skyscrapers in here... Too bad.
