Not necessarily. It'll take longer for the cranes to lift the steel higher. So the two offset each other.

Not at all. Look at the Shard: if anything it went slower after they got to the really thin section at the top, although to be fair they did have to build a completely new crane at the top and it was stalled for about a month.

One of my favorites. London is not just getting some new tall buildings but also some quality ones that fit to the industrial design type of atmosphere.

Surprised on the picture previously here how massive it already is next to the double decker.
