Anyone have any ideas on when the cladding will be finished?

It looks incredible, I really like the shape. However, the top floors would look ridiculously small. Do you guys have some drawings of them? How many squared meters will they have? Are they sightseeing decks or something useful according to its size?

The floors will still be quite large - almost like a normal groundfloor building. I believe the top floors are for Conference Rooms, a Restaurant and private meeting rooms etc etc. Also things like Head Office etc.

However, I'm sure one of the experts knows more about this.

Also... keep the pics coming!

Weird and Bligh, here’s the link for the floorplans on the Leadenhall website: http://www.theleadenhallbuilding.com...ity/floorplans

Unfortunately, you can’t download the plans of floors already let, so that’s the top floor out, but the next down, level 44, will give an idea of how large (or small) the top floor is. However, level 45 is a duplex office/boardroom – probably ideal for entertaining (very) valuable clients. Check out also the Schedule of Areas and Spaceplans.

Thank you so much. Valuable info indeed.

613m2 is not that small and pretty much enough for conference suites. I took this from floor 41:

this skyscraper is going to be another modern icon for the city, but i doubt it will beat the attractiveness and popularity of the gherkin though.
