I Didn't know there is such a terrace on top of Heron Tower. Is it of public access or private?

There are two restaurants up there - Sushisamba on floors 38 and 39 (with the outdoor terrace), then Duck & Waffle on the 40th floor. I've not been up there personally, but I plan to go and check them out when I can!

That's the site for 100 Bishopsgate, a 172m office tower - they're just waiting for a major pre-let before they actually build it.

Amazing shot of 122 Leadehall and the Heron Tower. I presume it was taken by helicopter?

Also, i thought that the Leadenhall's yellow-elevator-outsidey bit (excuse my ignorance of the name) was a little taller than that? O_o

oh wow.... looks fantastic.

So it turns out this will be maybe the 3rd tallest soon... now that the Pride in Docklands has been approved.

Either way this structure is just stunningly beautiful.

3rd tallest behind the Shard (310m) and 1 Canada Square (235m), if you don't include the Heron Towers spire that is!

True! Either way its an amazing addition. But I think Leadenhall has the "Landmark" factor - much like The Shard and especially The Gherkin.

London's skyline is going to be used a lot more in popular culture and media I think.... I saw some great shots in Fast and Furious 6 of the London skyline.

Indeed. Lumberjack is a gem when it comes to our Photos.

I'd pay good money to go to the top of The Leadenhall.

the London skyline is becoming very impressive with the innovative scrapers going up. It's just a pity that the Shard is on the opposite bank, standing on its own and not being part of the City cluster

Argh... I kind of understand. But I like it being on its own - it looks good on its own! It reminds me a little of when the Empire State Building stood on it's own.

Also, the City will have a centre-piece of its own soon.. The Pinnacle (re-designed or not).

Also... I believe The Shard is meant to be having some South Bank neighbors soon....

That shot is fantastic...

The Leadenhall is really dominating there. Looks amazing.

100 Bishopsgate is going to really fit into the City well.
